Meet Phil Ingram Esq..

As an Of Counsel attorney, Phil Ingram (they/them) draws on a decade of federal sector experience to help federal employees fight for their rights to equal employment opportunity, due process, and merit-based treatment in the workplace.
Phil came to law school as a union steward with a passion for employment law. Phil started with the federal government during law school through internships with the Solicitor of Labor, the EEOC, and the US Court of International Trade. After law school, Phil joined the Postal Service as an Honors Attorney, handling all aspects of EEOC hearing requests, informal and formal EEO complaints, MSPB appeals, appealable personnel actions, and administrative charges before other agencies. Phil brought that experience to an appointment as an Administrative Judge with the EEOC’s Dallas District Office, which recognized Phil’s accomplishments with an MVP award.
Now outside of federal service, Phil also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching legal writing and analysis courses at Purdue Global Law School, a pro bono mediator with the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center, and an in-house employment attorney.
