Leslie serves as the Director of Firm Operations at The Law Office of Justin Schnitzer, where she oversees the day-to-day functions of the firm to ensure efficiency, accountability, and seamless support for attorneys and staff. She manages workflows across departments, builds and maintains operational systems, and coordinates training to ensure consistent, high-quality client service.

Leslie also serves as the lead case manager for The Law Office of Justin Schnitzer’s OPM practice, guiding federal employee clients through the complex OPM disability retirement and benefits application processes. She coordinates documentation, strategizes case approach with attorneys, and ensures high-quality client communication every step of the way.

Leslie focuses on solutions, not obstacles, and consistently seeks ways to make processes more efficient and client experiences smoother.
