Meet Erin Trotta, Esq..
Erin Trotta is a graduate of the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law. As a law student, she worked full-time as a Paralegal Specialist for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, Civil Division, where she gained hands-on experience in all stages of civil litigation involving the federal government. She supported multiple federal employment jury trials in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and handled matters related to employment, immigration, and tort law.
After law school, Erin served as an Honors Attorney for the Department of Justice, Civil Division, Environmental Torts Litigation Section, handling cases involving mass toxic torts. Prior to law school, she worked at several law firms across diverse practice areas including civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, and personal injury.
Erin received her B.A. in Criminal Justice, with double minors in Legal Studies and Forensic Science, from the University of Delaware. Her extensive experience within federal agencies and her deep understanding of government litigation make her a valuable advocate for The Law Office of Justin Schnitzer’s clients.
